2. Position the tape just above the prominent wrist bone.
3. Keep your palm open and facing upward.
4. Ensure the tape is snug but not tight.
5. Note the measurement in centimeters.
Measure Your Finger for a Ring
1. Cut a thin strip of paper: Ensure it’s narrow enough to fit comfortably around your finger.
2. Wrap the paper around your finger: Choose the finger you want to measure. Wrap the paper snugly around the base of your finger, where you’d like the ring to sit.
3. Mark the overlap: Carefully mark the point where the paper overlaps, Unwrap the paper and measure the length from the start to the mark in millimeters (mm).
4. Note the measurement in millimeters.
